Avec Toi

I’m not much of a cook, but I’m alright at reading something and following directions. So this weekend when after my bad attitude got me in some hot water, and dinner was on the line, I looked up some recipes. What I came up upon, on the internet was a recipe for stuffed peppers, written in Spanish, that seems edible, and gave it a shot.

The end result, after some help from Dave, was indeed edible, and leaning towards good, though that might be giving it too much credit. It needed more garlic…
