Nerd Monster [dot] net

After Thursday so so workday, I decided to hit up my drug of choice, Ikea shopping. I picked up everything i intended except for THE teapot i went for in the first place. I had to stop myself from buying this one adorable duvet cover, and all the other nick knacks we all love so.

Friday was yet again a dizzying frenzy at work, but in the best way, my job can be frenzied. By this, i mean that i felt that I actually directly helped someone’s health condition for the better by just doing my job, and man it felt great.

As for Fridaynight, since none of you (jerks!) wanted to go out with me, I ventured out to the town on my own. Due to a doggy car, mine, I only went as far as little tokyo, where i found solace in sushi, tea, and a single small sopporo.

Saturday, was a crazy. Esther and I spent all day cleaning up my place, and getting it ready for her birthday party. The party went off really well, and by the time all the guest showed up, everyone was well buzzed. Esther and everyone else enjoyed themselves, and it was rather fun. I enjoyed playing DJ once again.

By the time everyone left, i was perfectly drunk, having had 6 beers and a shot of vodka. These potent potables, took control of my senses, as I spent out text messages at like 1am. Sorry if you received one of them.

This morning i woke up with a minor headache, which i nursed with coffee and water. Cleaned upped, did the usual trip to target, napped, and updated nerdmonster.net (which is looking better than ever). Neal and I headed out for dinner, and once we got back we spent some time checking out his stamp collection!!! I <3 Nerds! To add to it, we played rumikkub, and had an overall swell night.

How about that?!

I never did get a chance to do what i meant to do today and that is to go used book shopping, so plan for it next weekend guys. You, me, books.

Also on my to do list is still to get a replacement HD. I’ll probably do it on wednesday.
